3. Homeowner Responsibility & Verification

It is the sole responsibility of the homeowner or property owner to:

• Verify that the assigned contractor possesses all necessary local, county, and state licenses, permits, and surety bonds required for the specific scope of work.
• Confirm that the contractor maintains adequate commercial general liability and workers' compensation insurance coverage.
• Review and approve all written estimates, contracts, scopes of work, and warranties directly with the contractor before work commences.

4. Pricing and Estimates

Any pricing figures or estimates discussed over the phone or featured on our website are general informational guidelines. Exact project costs must be diagnosed on-site and confirmed in writing directly with the performing contractor.

5. Call Monitoring & Recording

To ensure the highest standard of service quality and dispute resolution, all calls placed to our published telephone numbers may be recorded, monitored, and transcribed. By placing a call, you expressly consent to such monitoring and recording.

6. Limitation of Liability
